Wrestle, roll around, workout blind folded it will help u learn where your weight is and greatly help your balance. Spatial awareness is knowing where body is and being in control of your body throughout space and its greatly important in wrestling. :)
I'll take that tip one step further. How about a competitive match with both blindfolded? Even better, try to make it so neither girl knows who the other one is. I know it would be hard, but if carried out right it would make for one hell of an exciting match!
