Wrestle, roll around, workout blind folded it will help u learn where your weight is and greatly help your balance. Spatial awareness is knowing where body is and being in control of your body throughout space and its greatly important in wrestling. :)
I have mentioned this to a few of the ladies already. Nothing will make you better than to practice at it. Learning to walk, cook, drive, or do pretty much anything in life requires doing that over and over again until you learn it well. It is the same with wrestling, nobody is perfect their first time.
